Happy Halloween!
So Halloween is over, but here's something to let you know we did have some fun! And they say you shouldn't play with your food!

- I've been cooking forever. Some of the early experiments were not so good. I am the mother of 3 (now grown and gone from our house). Our family has always made an effort to eat dinner together. For a few years we had 3 kiddos going 6 ways with activities and I had to come up with some quick and healthy meals that could be on the table pronto. I learned to add this and change that to keep things interesting. Now the "galley slave" and I still have dinner together but it's a little more relaxed. It's fun to see how I can take the same ingredients and turn them into something new.
